What is a public adjuster?
A public adjuster is a licensed insurance professional who works for the policyholder, not the insurance company, to document, present, and negotiate a property insurance claim for its maximum value.
How are public adjusters paid?
We are typically paid a percentage of the settlement we recover, so our incentive is fully aligned with yours. A free initial claim review costs nothing.
Can you help with a claim that's already been denied or underpaid?
Yes. Many of our largest recoveries begin as denied or lowball claims. We re-document the loss and, where appropriate, invoke the policy's appraisal clause.
What types of losses do you handle?
Commercial and residential property damage, business interruption, fire, water, wind, storm, and catastrophe claims nationwide.
When should I call a public adjuster?
The earlier the better, ideally before you accept any offer. We can also step in mid-claim when negotiations stall or an offer feels low.
